Probably not. It says right in the info box that it only reads Reads MPEG, WMA, AVI, WAV, MP3, JPEG files.
The most proper forms of music iTunes runs on are AAC and mp3s. For some reason, I’m thinking it can’t be used with iTunes. But it does look kinda nice and it’s cheap. Just be careful. You might get only what you pay for!
