Mp3 Music Player And Digital Camera Duo

Okay. So I am looking for a new pc. Ive got it narrowed down to a few and I was wondering which one of these two would suit me better……I need an extremely quick pc, I guess I can be impatient. 
—Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E4500
(2MB L2 Cache,2.20GHz,800 FSB)
—Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor E6550
(4MB L2 Cache,2.33GHz,1333 FSB)
Im will not play any games, im not into that. I will use the internet and email often. But primarily I want this pc to be used to store and edit my pictures from my digital camera and store tons of music for my mp3 player.
Also I will be running Vista Home Premium. I plan to get 4GB of memory, DDR2. I am also going to get a 750MG Hard drive with 7200RPM.
Any advice is extremely appreciated, as I totally do not want to end up with a pc that sucks.
The second is the more powerful processor, and I would get that one.
